Charming Stay
drinks cart steam rooms
The room included robes and a G&T drinks cart, a welcome touch. I liked the pool and the sauna with steam rooms. The rooftop bar offered lovely food along with excellent cocktails. Breakfast was also really good with a wide variety of choices.
Rooms were very dark with an unwelcoming atmosphere. I wished for better lighting. We did not spend time in the room except to sleep. The beds were not comfortable.

The rooms offer a blend of vintage charm and modern comfort with a spacious layout. Little extras include robes and complimentary drinks and snacks. I appreciated these thoughtful touches. There is also a full tube of toothpaste.

The hotel's breakfast was really good with many selections. The rooftop bar provides lovely food. The cocktails are the best in the area. I loved the complimentary local gin in the room. It was a good surprise.

The staff showed accommodation and friendliness. Little gifts surprised my son. He was so happy. I found the attention to detail excellent as the staff asked if I wanted extra pillows and the firmness I preferred.

I loved spending time on the rooftop terrace as it has great views. The hotel has a pool and sauna with steam rooms. The location allows walking distance to restaurants and attractions. It is very convenient.

fantastic stay
helpful staff extensive breakfast comfortable bed
i found the staff very helpful throughout my stay the team responded quickly to emails i sent before my visit i appreciated the taxis booked for me the breakfast choice was extensive the food tasted great the spa was wonderful i used it often i liked my large clean room housekeeping kept it tidy the bed was very comfortable
the lighting in my room was quite dim at times this made reading a little difficult

breakfast offered fresh orange juice along with a wide variety of fruit there was also a varied menu to choose from with eggs cooked to order i enjoyed the efficient service i received each morning.

the spa provided a luxurious experience with a range of treatments available i enjoyed the rooftop bar and its views i appreciated the well-equipped gym i found its facilities to be clean and modern.

the hotel's location allowed easy access to local attractions it was also close to restaurants and shops i found the area to be safe and well-kept which enhanced my overall experience.

flimsy door little privacy
The location was fine. It was within walking distance of the main areas.
I was really frustrated with the bathroom design, it featured a flimsy door that barely closed, offering little to no privacy. It was quite awkward to share the bathroom like that.
